Billing Policy

This policy explains how MarriageHunt membership billing works. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Member features require a paid membership after your application is accepted. Meetup listings, RSVPs, and locations are members only.

Membership is Loading membership price USD per year. It is a subscription that renews automatically each year until you cancel renewal. You can cancel renewal any time from your settings and your access stays active until the end of the paid period.

Meetups are free to RSVP. There is no separate ticket charge. Everyone covers their own tab at the venue.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Membership fees are not refundable after you are accepted, except where the law requires it. Canceling renewal stops the next charge. It does not return the fee for the current year.

Meetup RSVPs are free. If a host or admin cancels a meetup, there is nothing to refund.

Membership is personal. You may not share login credentials, resell access, or let others use your account. We may close accounts we reasonably believe are being shared, without a refund.

If we close your account for a Terms or Community Guidelines violation, we do not refund the membership fee.
